Issouf COULIBALY is a graduate engineer from INP-HB in Yamoussoukro and EM Lyon Business School. He began his career in the Leverage Buy-Out department of BNP Paribas in Paris. Seeking to work on the African continent, he joined the African Development Bank in 2015, where he served as Director of Financing Line Processing for African banks. He joined AFRINEXT FINANCE in 2022.

Alexandre DUVIVIER is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris), specializing in economics and finance. He began his career at the Bank of France as a financial analyst. He was then seconded to the Privatization Commission, where he was responsible for conducting independent reviews of valuations provided by investment banks. He subsequently returned to the Bank of France to prepare files for the Board of the French Securities and Exchange Commission (COB) on behalf of the Deputy Governor. He then headed the Bank of France's financial analysis department until 2007. In this role, in addition to rating the 150 largest French companies, he notably designed the internal "Basel II compliant" rating system and was responsible for cooperation with credit systems in emerging markets. He joined Afrinext Finance upon its creation.

Ngagi KABEREGA. Ngagi holds a degree in accounting from the Institute of Information Science and Technology in Kigali. He began his career as an auditor at Deloitte Rwanda. He then worked for I&M Bank Rwanda, first as an internal auditor, then as Head of Internal Audit, and finally as Director of Risk. He joined AFRINEXT FINANCE in 2022. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Unguka Bank until 2024. He is regularly involved in entrepreneurship development as a coach and trainer at the Rwanda Finance Academy, an initiative of the Rwanda Bankers Association.

Jérôme LEFEVRE began his career at Vinci's representative office in Washington before joining HSBC's leveraged finance team in Paris as an associate director. From 2005 to 2007, he was an investment executive at the investment fund Chequers Capital, which invests in companies valued between €50 million and €500 million. He then worked for the entrepreneurial investment group Dellen, first as a director in charge of M&A, then as Managing Director. Jérôme has been a partner at Afrinext Finance since 2012.
