We particularly value facilitating technology transfers for our client companies whenever possible, within the broader context of negotiating capital investments or mergers. We believe this activity is essential for the rapid development of businesses on the African continent.

To do this, we approach Western companies, when desirable, with whom we negotiate a transfer of technologies, independently of the capital operation if the company is not linked to the transaction, to share their skills with them.

These Western companies may have an interest in this, particularly when they are not themselves invested in Africa, and because this transfer is obviously carried out in return for financial remuneration.
