Afrinext Finance believes in a results-driven culture, which is the only way to truly share the customer's interests and risks.

With this in mind, with the exception of consulting and business planning assignments, which do not directly generate income for the company, all our work is remunerated on a results basis, accounting for 90% of the contractual remuneration. Only 10% of remuneration is paid on a traditional lump-sum basis.
