We are particularly keen to help our corporate clients benefit from technology transfers whenever possible, as part of a more general negotiation of a capital investment or business combination. We believe this activity is essential to the rapid development of companies on the African continent.

To this end, we choose to approach Western companies, with whom we negotiate a technology transfer, independently of the capital operation if the company is not involved in the transaction, in order to share their skills.

These Western companies may have an interest in this, particularly when they are not themselves invested in Africa, and because this transfer is obviously carried out in return for financial remuneration.
